Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Revagent platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Revagent is an autonomous code audit and AI review layer, offering an execution engine (including built-in queues, authentication, and billing). The Service can be used in self-hosted mode or as a SaaS offering, as documented and per subscribed plans.
3. Account and Responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of access credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use. The use of API keys, secrets, and third-party data (e.g., repositories or LLM providers) must comply with the policies of those third parties and applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to violate third-party rights, to distribute malware, to abuse resources (e.g., rate limit evasion or deliberate system overload), or for any use we deem abusive. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Revagent, including software, brands, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any right to the platform beyond the right to use it as contracted. You retain all rights to the data, flows, and content you create on the platform.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS OFFERED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
You may terminate the use of the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms or for convenience, with notice when applicable. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., limitation of liability, intellectual property) shall remain in effect after termination.
8. Changes
We may change these Terms periodically. Relevant changes will be communicated by email or notice on the Service. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. In case of disagreement, you must stop using the Service.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Revagent operator. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction indicated in the offer or on the official website.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms: use the contact channel indicated on the site or in the Revagent documentation.
